At INDIEVE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our 5-day return policy.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return Request: You must submit a return request within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please follow the instructions to send your item back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange an item, the best course of action is to return the item and place a new order for the replacement item. Once your return is processed, you can proceed with your new purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Final Sale Policy
Please note that all final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These include certain sale items or products marked as final sale.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original, unused condition and with proof of purchase.
